High-pressure cleaning combined with specially approved cleaners (DeepForce). No blasting media, no ultrasonic bath.

Media blasting uses a solid blasting medium that acts on the rim. With Performtec, no solid medium is fired at the rim and nothing needs to be clamped – so that damage risk is avoided. Cleaning is chemical-physical with high pressure, without media handling and without a blasting-media circuit.

Ultrasonic cleaning is typically suited to bath/immersion processes – often for rims without tyres, with longer cycle times and bath maintenance. Performtec systems are designed for fast, workshop-ready wheel and rim washing in daily operation: load, start the programme, done. Less bath management, more everyday throughput.

The best cleaning result combined with the highest cost-efficiency. Cost-efficiency covers not only chemical and energy use, but also factors such as no water change, less handling effort and a fast, repeatable process in everyday workshop use.

Yes. DeepForce cleaners are biodegradable – beyond the minimum legal requirements.

When acidic DeepForce cleaner (e.g. No1/No2) is used correctly together with original Performtec neutralizing agent and the specified mixing ratio, the resulting water is pH-neutral under normal conditions. Requirement: correct dosing and intended use.

No. No3 is alkaline; neutralization is not required with this cleaner.

DeepForce is the only cleaner approved for Performtec systems. Goal: consistently strong wash results and protection of system service life. In a service case, Performtec knows system and chemistry as one unit.

Yes – DeepForce products are designated as suitable for oil separators. Details are in the product and safety data sheets.
